FR-5(H Grade) Epoxy Laminate is a hard board insulation sheet that we developed with Taiwan ISOLA.
The main features of FR-5 glass epoxy Laminate contain : good electrical performance under high humidity environment, good mechanical performance under medium temperature, voltage resistance, stable product quality and so on. Various parts can be machined by lathe, stamping, trimming, drilling, sandblasting, milling, sawing and milling.
Heat resistance reaches above 180℃
Excellent fire resistance (UL 94 V-0 class)
Excellent voltage resistance (electrical strength ≧16Kv/mm)
Excellent water absorption (water absorption ≤0.2%)
Excellent thermal shock resistance (operating temperature -273℃ to +180℃)
