Hard mica boards are widely used in many industries and fields, mainly including metallurgy, chemical industry, household appliances, etc. Specific applications include:
Metallurgy industry: used as skeleton materials for electric heating equipment such as industrial electric furnaces, power frequency furnaces, refining furnaces, medium frequency furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, ferroalloys, yellow phosphorus furnaces, arc furnaces, etc.
Chemical industry: as an insulating material for electrical equipment, it is also used in building materials, plastics, rubber and other industries.
Household appliances: skeleton materials for electric heating equipment such as toasters, stoves, bread machines, hair dryers, electric irons, heating coils, etc.
Hard mica boards have excellent insulation and high temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time at high temperatures of 500-800°C. Its products are silver-white, with a temperature resistance of 500 degrees during continuous operation and a temperature resistance of up to 850 degrees during intermittent operation. The mica board is made of high-quality phlogopite mica paper and high-performance organic FR4 epoxy board with some silicone processed, bonded and rolled into a hard tubular insulating material. It has excellent electrical insulation function and high mechanical strength, and is suitable for the insulation of electrode rods or outlet bushings in various electrical appliances and motors.
